Single-Density Molded

To tell a performance story or instantly add eye appeal to your products, OrthoLite® formulations can be molded into virtually any shape—with a detailed design on the top or bottom of the insole. Compared to ordinary EVA or PU products, single-density OrthoLite® insoles are a cost effective upgrade that dramatically elevate your product’s performance.

Dual-Layer Molded

Multiple layers of OrthoLite® foams can be molded together to create a custom solution with exceptional cushioning and support. As a supportive base, OrthoLite® densities such as .11, .13, OrthoLite® Eco™, or OrthoLite® X40™ can be used. A top layer of OrthoLite® Lazy™ or OrthoLite® Impressions™ creates the ‘ahh factor’ of step-in comfort or a customized fit as the foam forms to the foot.

Multi-Density Molded

Molded OrthoLite® insoles can be designed to your precise performance specifications by combining various formulations in different areas. OrthoLite® X40™ pads can be added in the ball or heel to create target areas with exceptional energy return—or a rigid heel cup can be added to enhance stability. To create heightened arch support and a customized fit, an arch cookie of OrthoLite® Lazy™ foam can be added. The options to create a custom solution are virtually limitless.

Eco Friendly

All OrthoLite® foams contain 5% recycled rubber, helping keep hundreds of tons of waste out of landfills each year.

Long-Term Cushioning

Unlike traditional insoles, the compression set of OrthoLite insoles is less than 5% over time so the cushioning and fit never change inside the shoe, providing maximum comfort every time you put your shoes on.

High-Level Breathability

OrthoLite’s open-cell PU foam is 95% to 100% breathable, allowing air to circulate in and around the insole, keeping the foot cooler inside the shoe.
